Another great seminar in the books!

I'm still mulling the techniques from the last seminar over in my head. As a Vandry student, I tend to rely pretty heavily on my sweep game, and this class landed squarely in that zone. There were a lot of principles that can be applied outside of just the techniques we learned I'm finding. Getting your opponent's spine out of alignment opens up a lot of options.

It was great to see Manny and his guys, as well as Darren from Houston.

And seeing Jeff Snow in his Peter Pan tights was worth the price of admission!
(I will pay for that later...)

Thanks again William for yet another fun seminar!

Well Said Slade

Yea, I really enjoyed everything as well, and as usual it was great to see everybody (even if they had fairy pants on, lol).
I really liked all the techniques and needed those details for the twister and armpit americana . I had also been trying to focus on those types of sweeps and reversals, so it was perfect. I've been attempting to mimic what Brabb does with those (setup by either grabbing the chin or getting the head on the other side of your body and trapping it by grabbing their armpit). So this gave me a lot more ideas and a new grip for that control. Like you said it's all about misalignment of their spine. Love it
